If you do not need to take your vehicle, the port’s car parks are located in the city centre and are chargeable. They are divided into two areas called ‘Porto Storico’ and ‘Porto Canale’. They are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Bus

The Port of Cagliari provides a shuttle service for passengers who need to go to embarkation. You will find the stop at Molo Rinascita. The shuttles have a capacity of 115 passengers.

Airport

If your departure point is the airport, be aware that it is about 30 minutes from the port. For this reason, the advice is to take a taxi immediately once you land on Sardinian soil or use the train as the Elmas-airport station is attached to the airport.
